Application Process 1. Obtain a TMA Student Application from the TMA Office or click HERE to download and print a copy. 2. Submit your completed application with $50.00(per student) application fee to the office. The address is 120 School Drive, Forest City, NC 28043. 3. After review of your application, you will be contacted to schedule an application review meeting. Both parents or guardians must attend. This meeting will give you an opportunity to ask any questions about the curriculum, staff or administration of the school. 4. After the review meeting, careful evaluation will be given to determine acceptance. It is extremely important that your family believes your student can be successful at the Academy. As well the Academy must believe your student can be successful. Upon that agreement, your student will be accepted. 5. An acceptance letter will be sent to your family. 6.
